Prerequisite: A basic knowledge of equity options or the completion of the Equity Options: Basic Level course (#826)

This one-day course will begin with a brief overview of equity options along with risk and rewards profiles and analysis.

Options lend themselves to a variety of trading combinations.  The course will present an in-depth analysis of several popular options strategies, focusing on debit and credit spreads, volatility, portfolio hedging and repair.  The risks, rewards and opportunities of each strategy will be examined using examples and sample data.

This seminar would be helpful for those individuals who have begun trading in options and wish to broaden their horizon and examine other strategies that are available in the market.  The course will also be helpful to individuals whose responsibilities involve managing portfolios with options trading.

Upon completion of the course, participants will have a comprehensive overview of options trading and will be familiar with the various strategies commonly used in the industry.
