John Wagner
Mr. Wagner is a Director with Morgan Stanley, in Client and Technology Services. He has over 33 years of experience in Securities Operations, where he has managed Income Collection and Global Corporate Action Operations, for Chemical Bank, Bank America Trust Co., Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., Financial Information Inc., and now Morgan Stanley. He is one of the few people who have worked in Back Office Operations and Data Manufacturing. He is the current President of the Corporate Actions Division of the SIA, where he has volunteered for over 15 years. He is Co-Chair of the SIA?s STP Corporate Actions Sub-Committee, and is Co-Chair of the Corporate Actions Divisions Electronic Initiatives Sub-Committee, where his committee has been working on improving the disclosure requirements for the SEC rules associated with Tender Offers Filings. Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Peter?s College, where he majored in Business Management, with a minor in Psychology.
