Learning Objectives:
When you have completed this course you should be able to answer the following questions:

- What are the different types of derivatives used in the US today?

- How are these instruments used and what benefits do they provide to issuers and investors?

- How are these instruments traded and processed?

- How are these instruments priced?

Format:
This course is organized into learning modules. There are quizzes after each module to reinforce the material presented. A final test at the end assesses the information learned from the whole course. (Test and quiz scores do not count if the learner is not registered for the SIP Credential)

SIP Credential:
To receive credit for the Level 3 Credential, a minimum passing grade of 90% on the final test is required.

Validity Period:
Registration will be good for up to 1 year from the registration date. There will be a $50 fee if an extension is required.
