Description:
This course describes the reasons for risk management in operations, identifies the issues and suggests solutions.

Learning Objectives:
When you have completed this course you should be able to answer the following questions:
- Why should we be concerned about Operational Risk?
- Why should we be concerned about Compliance?
- What are the different types of risk that can affect operations and processing?
- What regulations exist that affect operational risk management?
- What are some of the ways that firms can better measure and manage their risk?
- How can a focus on Compliance and Risk Management be used to support Operations Efficiency?

Format:
This course is organized into learning modules. There are quizzes after each module to reinforce the material presented. A final test at the end assesses the information learned from the whole course. (Test and quiz scores do not count if the learner is not registered for the SIP Credential)

SIP Credential:
To receive credit for the Level 2 Credential, a minimum passing grade of 90% on the final test is required.

Validity Period:
Registration will be good for up to 1 year from the registration date. There will be a $50 fee if an extension is required.
