TSG can help by running a survey - either by implementing a survey that you have developed, or by developing the survey for you.
The Summit Group runs two recurring industry surveys (Middleware and Market Data) and additional surveys for topical issues.
Market Data Survey: This survey measures customer satisfaction of data vendors. Used by customers and vendors alike to improve the overall quality of data vendors.
Middleware: This survey explores the middleware services offered by vendors, customer middleware requirements and usage trends.
