Conferences

Registrants cancelling fewer than 10 business days prior to the conference, including no shows, are responsible for full payment. All Cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

If the registrant is unable to attend the event due to weather, or other transportation related issues the event fee is not refundable.

If SOF cancels the event, SOF is not responsible for registrant's airfare, hotel or other costs.
